1. Pozitivni efekti joge su vidljiviji a pojedinac brže napreduje i znanja se direktnije prenose. Polaznik postaje svesniji svojih mogućnosti i ograničenja na kojima radi.

2. Instruktor se fokusira na određeni emotivni, mentalni i fizički problem (povredu) pojedinca.

1.Hatha jogu (statičke, dinamičke i Vinjasa aspekte) koje podmlađuju organizam, oblikuju i istežu mišiće, jačaju kosti, zglobove, kičmu, ubrzavaju metabolizam, regulišu akutne i hronične povrede i telesnu težinu.

6. Ples slobodnih pokreta – aktivira moć samoisceljivanja i kreativnog izražavanja kroz specifičnu muziku. Telo se pokreće u svom ritmu bez ikakvog plana i upoznaje nepoznate strane sebe dovodeći psihu u stanje samoisceljenja

7. Pranajamu – drevne tehnike disanja i ima duboki uticaj na fizički, mentalni i spiritualni nivo gde uviđamo kako dah utiče na nas i kako mi utičemo na dah. tehnike disanja koje povećavaju kapacitet pluća, poboljšavaju varenje, vitalnost, memoriju i imuni sistem, uklanjaju toksine iz tela, štite unutrašnje organe i ćelije od propadanja, uklanjaju akutni i hronični stres, neutrališu mlečnu kiselinu (koja izaziva tromost i umor), regenerišu kožu, povećavaju unos prane (životne univerzalne sile) u naš organizam.

Ove tehnike bude intuiciju, povećavaju memoriju, koncentraciju, osećaj samosvesti, saosećanje, unutrašnji mir i harmoniju, uklanjaju duboki stres, menjaju strukturu mozga, uravnotežavaju nervni sistem a srčani ritam i hormonalni sistem dovode u normalu.

Stabilnost uma i tela pomoću asana (dridhata)

Mir tela i uma pomoću mudri i bandhi (sthairyam)

Strpljenje i postojanost pomoću pratyahare, povlačenje čula od spoljnih objekata (dhairyam)

Lakoća tela pomoću pranajame (laghawam)

Direktna percepcija predmeta meditacije putem koncentracije i meditacije (dhyana i dharana)

Održava telo zdravim- jača celo telo iznutra, reguliše telesnu težinu, poboljšavajući rad metabolizma i imunog sistema. Duboko disanje omogućava dobru oksigenizaciju krvi i s toga mentalnu jasnoću i emotivnu mirnoću.

Joga asane aktiviraju svaki mišić u telu.

Pospešuje cirkulaciju- povećava se oksigenizacija ćelija, što dovodi do poboljšanja kardiovaskurane kondicije, osećaja svežine i stabilnosti.

Razvija fokus (osećaj sadašnjeg trenutka)- povezaniji smo sa sobom i okolinom, osećamo se ujedinjeniji sa prirodom i univerzumom.

WHAT IS A PRIVATE YOGA CLASS?

Individual or private yoga class – as it is popularly called, is the process that takes place between an teacher and a student. Such classes were created because each person has an individual story and our needs are different.

Individual or private yoga classes are fully consistent with the important yogic principles. The principle of work starts from the fact that a certain way of exercise can not benefit everyone equally, so different types of people are approached differently based on their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual condition. Traditionally, yoga has been passed down directly from teacher to student since the ancient teachers deeply understood the importance of individual approach, so that each student can develop in their own unique way.

Therefore, these individual lessons are thought of and run by combining the programs of Sattva Yoga and traditional Hatha Yoga.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF A PRIVATE YOGA CLASSES?

1. Positive effects of yoga are more visible, an individual progresses quickly and knowledge is directly transmitted. The student becomes aware of their possibilities and restrictions that they are working on.

2. The instructor focuses on the specific emotional, mental and physical problem (disability) of the individual.

3. Asanas are adapted and modified to suit the needs of the individual, everything takes place under the watchful eye of the instructor, so the risk of injury is practically nonexistent.

4. Adjustment to the time and space convenient for the student – which means that the individual lessons can take place in accordance with your free time in your home.

5. If the newcomers do not feel comfortable in a group, individual lessons are the perfect preparation for group work.

NOTE: Group work means working with small number of people. Also, you can create a group of people close to you to experience together the benefits of this kind of work.

* As a special offer, Monja has designed integrative practice of self-healing through intuition that emerged spontaneously during her work with clients. In this practice, a person gets a guided ancient breathing techniques, yogic relaxation, reiki and meditation to get in touch with the inner light (Higher Self) in order to achieve harmony and self-love as the highest form of energy. ABOUT HATHA YOGA

The practice of yoga is both the art and science which allow the union of man with his body, mind and spirit, thus bringing him into dynamic harmony and inner serenity. It is traditionally regarded as a spiritual discipline that leads to self-realization, and in the West the practice of Hatha yoga leans most towards preventive, therapeutic values and the stress-relief purposes. The Sanskrit word “Hatha” consists of two bija mantra (basic seed or sounds) HA (Moon) and THA (Sun). They represent the two forces of the universe, positive and negative, which are manifested in a man as IDA NADI (mental energy) and as Pingali NADI (pranic energy) which are located in the spinal cord. Bija mantra THA represents the flow of the solar Pingala Nadi, a bija mantra HA represents the lunar current Ida Nadi. The aim of Hatha Yoga is to balance or to establish perfect harmony between these two forces, and then the prana (life force) begins to flow in its most perfect form in the Sushumna Nadi (energy channels in the spinal cord). In this way, the consciousness expands and people can make the first steps toward spiritual enlightenment.

According to ancient texts of yoga “Gheranda Samhita ‘, there are seven steps through which each Yoga practitioner needs to pass in order to eventually attain self-realization.

1. The purification of the body with Hatha Yoga (Shodhanam)

2. Stability of mind and body using Asana (dridhata)

3. Peace of body and mind through Mudra and Bandha (sthairyam)

4. Patience and persistence using Pratyahara, the withdrawal of the senses from external objects (dhairyam)

5 . The lightness of the body by using Pranayama (laghawam)

6. Direct perception of the object of meditation through concentration and meditation (dhyana and dharana)

7. Non-attachment to senses through the union with the self (samadhi)

For the body to continue to develop on this noble path, the ancient yogis have developed six methods for the purification or so-called Shatkarma: Neti (nasal cleansing) Dhauti (cleaning of all channels for feeding), Nauli (massaging and strengthening the abdominal organs), Basti (flushing the colon), Kapalbhati (technique for the purification of the front part of the brain), Trataka (staring at a particular object to develop concentration and awake psychic powers).

“Hatha Yoga deals with the establishment of harmony between inner consciousness and its expression in external relations, inactivity with activity. Hatha Yoga balances the different levels of being. It is therefore an elevated road that performs multiple influences, and at much higher levels than it is usually attributed. “-Swami Saraswati Satyananda-

The benefits of Hatha yoga are as follows:

1. Maintains health of the body – strengthens your whole body inside, regulates body weight by improving the metabolism and the immune system. Deep breathing provides good oxygenation of blood and therefore rigid mental clarity and emotional calmness.

2. Stress release – reduces symptoms of insomnia, anxiety, depression and asthma because it directly affects cortisol (stress hormone) so it reduces it, thereby increasing better memory and brain function. 3. The flow of pranic energy or life force – breathing techniques (pranayama) and yoga asanas enhance this life force at all levels, enhancing vitality with rejuvenation effect.

4. Develops pliability of the body and better posture- muscles become more flexible, the flexibility of the body increases, reduces pain in the joints and bones.

5. Develops the strength – healthy muscles give strength and stability, allowing us to move freely (especially in old age). By strengthening the muscles, we influence and prevent the occurrence of arthritis. Yoga asanas activate every muscle in the body.

6. It helps with blood circulation – increases oxygenation of cells, leading to improved cardiovascular fitness, feeling of freshness and stability.

7. Develops Focus (sense of the present moment) – we are more connected with ourselves and our environment, we feel united with nature and the universe.
